About us:

 

Faith-based Health Ministry Network is a consortium of regional faith community nurse coordinators. The consortium resources faith community nurses through an annual conference, networking, web resources, speakers and other services.

 

Mission Statement:

To promote, facilitate, and support health and wellness through faith-based health ministries in congregations and communities in central Pennsylvania.

 

Faith community nurses assist the members of their faith community to maintain and/or regain wholeness in body, mind, and spirit.
